Returns and Refunds

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to proceed to an exchange or a refund/return of your order, please contact me via email at bloomandthorns@gmail.com and I will provide you all the information.

The return & exchange policy lasts:

  • Full-priced items: 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Sale items: non applicable.

The jewelry items have to be physically returned before 14 days have gone by since thedate of your purchase, if this delay is exceeded, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unusedunworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 24-48 hours.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Defective or damaged items will be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email at bloomandthorns@gmail.com and i’ll assist you promptly.
